    My Ruppert family research has taken me as far back as Jean (French for Johann or John) Ruppert born about 1650 in Luxembourg. This report is a listing of all the known descendants. 

 

The descendants of Henry Ruppert (1809-1867)

Henry and Elizabeth (REIFF) Ruppert immigrated from Luxembourg to the United States in 1848 or 1849.

Until I complete the research and Family Group portion of my book on Henry and his descendants, I will list here a privatized report of the Ruppert descendants.

The descendants of Nicholas Ruppert (1816-1900)

Henry's 1st cousin, Nicholas Ruppert and his wife Margaretha Ley also immigrated from Luxembourg to the United States in 1872. They settled in a different part of Wisconsin, the area around Dodgeville in Iowa County.
