  Richard H. Seidl, "Rich", Town of Harrison, age 78, died Thursday, September 27, 2007, at home surrounded by his family. He was born October 21, 1928, in Sheboygan, WI to the late Charles and Agnes (Goeser) Seidl. Rich married Esther Schulz on September 20, 1947, in St. Cloud, WI; she preceded him in death on August 15, 2004. Rich was a lifelong dairy farmer, who enjoyed polka music, card playing, John Deere tractors and old cars, especially Model A's. He loved animals especially his dog, Archie. He is survived by three sons: Joe (Kaye) Seidl, Steve Seidl, and Dick Jr. (Cathy) Seidl; a daughter, Julie (Morie) Naumann; a daughter-in-law, Mary (Jim) Killin; twelve grandchildren: Jennifer (Jeff) Olson, Missy Seidl, Michael (Treena) Seidl, Nicole (Kevin) Volovsek, Angie Seidl, Kristy (Eric) Uitenbroek, Andy (Rayn), Dusty, Emily, Tori and Krystal Bentley, and Michelle (Pat) Katz, and seventeen great grandchildren; three brothers: Charles (Betty) Seidl Jr., Raymond (Helen) Seidl and Robert Seidl; a brother in law, Edmund (Marion) Schulz; a sister in law, Martha Miese. He will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Esther, his son, Russell, two sisters: Doris (Don) Julius and Mary Ann Seidl, and many brothers and sisters in law. Rich's Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am on Monday, October 1, 2007, at HOLY ANGELS CATH-OLIC CHURCH at Holy Spirit Parish, W2796 Highway KK, Appleton with Fr. David Beaudry officiating. Friends will be received on Sunday October 1, 2007, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at BOETTCHER FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 2401 Fieldcrest Dr., Kaukauna, with a Parish Prayer Service concluding the evening at 7:30 p.m. and again on Monday directly at church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow in the Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established to benefit the American Cancer Society. The Boettcher Family Funeral Home, Kaukauna is assisting the family. 920-766-2099.
