  LaVerne B. Linskens, Kaukauna, age 83, died Sunday, October 1, 2017 at Atrium Post Acute Care in Little Chute. She was born in Kaukauna on December 27, 1933 to the late William and Minnie (Van Boxtel) Brown. LaVerne married Eugene Linskens in Orlando, MS on March 8, 1953. LaVerne is survived by her husband of 64 years, Eugene; children: Eugene Jr. (Debbie) of De Pere; Brian (Ellen) of Green Bay; Brad (Beth) of San Ramon, CA; and Dawn of Minneapolis, MN; grandchildren: Courtney (Dan) Reese, Justin Linskens, Nicole (Thomas) Welke, Michael Linskens, Eric Linskens, Jenni (Nick) Fuss, Christopher Linskens, Jason Linskens, Travis (Jessica) Linskens, Shelly (Billy) Walkup, Chrissy (Kyle) Lanier and Tyler Elliot; 12 great grandchildren; brother-in-law: David Linskens; and sister-in-law: Lois Linskens. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, LaVerne was preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law: Gail and Robert Elliott; father and mother-in-law: Anthony and Irma Linskens; sister-in-law, Betty Linskens; and brother-in-law, Sonny Linskens.
