  Eichinger, Henry D. "Ike" Henry D. Eichinger, of Combined Locks, age 78, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2009, at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh. He was born on February 10, 1931, in Appleton, the son of the late Ignatius and Mary (Thurner) Eichinger. Henry attended St. Joseph Grade School and graduated from Appleton High School in 1950. He served his country in the U.S. Army. Ike was the owner and operator of Autoland USA until his retirement. Family was very important to him and he was the caregiver for his brother Dick. Henry looked forward to lunch on Friday or birthday celebrations with his siblings. Ike is survived by his siblings: Richard "Dick" Eichinger, Combined Locks; Kathleen "Kitty" (Edward) Fuerst, Menasha; Dorothy (Jim) McCormick, Darboy; Barbara VandenBroek, Combined Locks and James "Frankie" Eichinger, Combined Locks. He is further survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Henry was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Rosemary (Glenn) Huss, brother John (Mary) Eichinger, brothers-in-law: Marvin Wyman and Duane VandenBroek, sister-in-law Joyce Eichinger and niece Lori McCormick. The funeral liturgy for Henry will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2009, at ST. PAUL CATHOLIC CHURCH, 410 E. Wallace Street, Combined Locks. Father Jim Lucas will be officiating. The burial will take place in the parish cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of mass. Jansen Fargo Funeral Home 204 E.
