  Mrs. Melvin (Bertha) Wiegert, an employee at the Forest Junction Bank for many years , passed away early Monday morning, April 23 1990, at a Green Bay nursing home. She was 78 years of age. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St Patirck's Catholic Church, Askeaton, with the Rev. David A. Koehne officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Mrs Wiegert, 7803 County Road PP, Greenleaf, was born November 26, 1911, in Kaukauna, daughter of the late Harry and Myrtle (Kelly) Beach. She was married to Melvin W Wiegert of Hollandtown on February 9, 1937, and had been a resident of the Greenleaf area all of her life. She had worked at the Forest Junction Bank for many years and was a member of St Patrick's Catholic Church, Askeaton. Survivors include her husband Melvin; a daughter and son-in-law, Myrtle and Jay Woodcock of Manitowoc; five sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Lou Wiegert of Stevens Point, David and LaVerne Wiegert, Bill and Jan Wiegert and John and Marilyn Wiegert all of the Greenleaf area, and Chuck and Lois Wiegert of Pine Grove; 21 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mary Coonen and Vera Wiegert, both of Kaukauna. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Jim and Tom Beach. Friends may call at the DeWane-Boettcher-Cotter Funeral Home, 711 Main St. Wrightstown, from 4 until 9 today (Tuesday) and after 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday. THere will be a parish prayer service at 7:30 this evening (Tuesday).
