  Melvin C. Arps 1005 Desnoyer St.. Kaukauna Age 56. passed away Monday morning at the Kaukauna Community Hospital following a short illness. He was born November 19. 1914 in Kaukauna where he lived all of his life. He was employed with Thilmany Pulp and Paper until his retirement in 1969. He was a veteran of World War II. Survivors are his wife. Anita: two sons. Donald. Appleton, Thomas at home, a brother, Gilbert Arps Kaukauna: five sisters. Mrs.Francis Schmidt, Kimberly, Mrs. Wilma Rausch, Kaukauna, Mrs. Lyle Jansch, New Holstein. Mrs. Ruth Alger, Kaukauna, Mrs. John Bowman, Kaukauna: one grandchild. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Kaukauna, with the Rev. John W. Mattek officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Kaukauna. Funeral Home after 3 p. m., Tuesday until noon on Wednesday and then from 1 p.m. at the church until the hour of service. Tuesday, September 7,1971 The Post-Crescent, Appleton, Wi.
