  Scott Jeffrey Meyer, Wittenberg. Born to Leslie A. and Carrol E. Meyer (Friebel) on January 15, 1955, beloved son, brother, uncle and stepfather, died unexpectedly. Scott was an avid outdoorsman with a love of all things hunting and fishing. He enjoyed his family and many, many friendships. His nieces and nephews were his pride and joy. We all have enjoyed his gift of gab and the many stories and jokes he shared. You will never meet a man with a bigger heart and willingness to help in any situation. He is survived by his mother, Carrol Meyer — his "little raisin." Further survived by three sisters and a brother who thought the world of him: Lisa (Mark) Wiegman, Lynne (Don) Bellile, Leigh (Glenver) Bubolz, and Bruce (Kathy) Meyer; stepsons: Mark and Steve Meyer; his many nieces and nephews: Eric and Annie Miller, Stephanie Miller and fiance Jake Witkowski, Nathan Miller and special friend Jennifer Schirack, Matthew Wiegman, Joshua Bellile and special friend Corrinne, Jeremiah Bellile, Sharla Bellile and fiance Ted Kent, Jamie and Clayton Krueger, Jacob Meyer, Johnathan Bubolz, and Matthew Bubolz. He is further survived by his much loved great nieces and nephews: Lani, Aidan, Trevor, Dominic, Kaylee, and Colin. He also had a great friend in Kuby. He was preceded in death by his father and mentor, Leslie "Lee" Meyer and joins Dad on his next ride. As he always said, "I gotta get cuttin'" Funeral Mass for Scott will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2007, at 11 a.m., at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church in New London, with Fr. David Lewis officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call directly at the church on Saturday, from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Cline & Hanson Funeral Home 209 W.
