  Chad Pagel, 16, Oconto Falls, son of Randy and Maureen (Coffey) Pagel, died suddenly at home of natural causes on Tuesday morning, Oct. 30, 2007, due to the heart condition he has had since birth. He was born June 23, 1991, in Green Bay and was growing up in the Oconto Falls area, presently in his junior year at Oconto Falls High School. Chad was currently enjoying his metals class in high school with teachers, Mr. Bursa and Mr. Karbon. Chad had also taken piano lessons with Mrs. Malcomson and always had fun driving his 4-wheeler. Survivors are his parents, Randy and Maureen Pagel, Oconto Falls; his older brother, Adam and younger brother, Jared, both at home; his paternal grandmother, Jeanette Arndt, Kelly Lake; maternal grandparents, Edward and Gloria Coffey, Suring; his aunts and uncles: godmother, Margaret Pagel, Illinois; Sandy (Don) Shave, Waukesha; Dan (Marie) Pagel, Spruce; Amy (Tom) VandenLangenberg, Brian Pagel, all of Howard; Dennis (Debra) Coffey, Denise (Robert) School, all of Suring; Michele (Kurt) Deneys, Howard; many cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Leslie Pagel Sr.; his uncle and godfather, Leslie Pagel Jr.; two aunts, Erin Coffey and Kathy Pagel. Friends may call at Jones Funeral Service in Oconto Falls (920-848-2222 or visit: www.jonesfuneral.com ) from 4 until 9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, 2007. Visitation will continue after 9 a.m. Friday, Nov. 2, 2007, until the time of services. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, Spruce. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund will be established.
