  Elizabeth M. (VanVeghel) Gere, 82, De Pere, formerly of Milwaukee, passed away Good Friday at the Ledgeview Nursing Center. She is survived by her mother, Eleanor Unti, Milwaukee; her loving children, Ronald (Mary) VanVeghel, Kathleen (Bernard) Briswenger, Dennis VanVeghel, Kerry (Kathleen) VanVeghel, Keith (Betsy) VanVeghel, and Mary Rodgers. Elizabeth is further survived by her loving grandchildren; great-grandchildren; her siblings, Phillip (Barbara) Unti, and Janet Grabarkiewicz. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 13, 2007, at the Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. Tenth Street De Pere, at 4 p.m. with the Rev. John H. Harper officiating. Inurnment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee. Visitation will be held at the funeral home after 2 p.m. until the time of service.
