  Mary A. Peters, 84, Green Bay resident, died Sunday, December 30, 2007, at a local nursing home. She was born October 14, 1923, in Green Bay to the late William and Arlene (Radue) Proctor. Mary wed Raphael Peters on October 11, 1947, at St. Willebrords Catholic Church. He preceded her in death November 17, 1991. She bowled on a league for over 30 years and enjoyed playing cards. Mary was a member of St. Agnes Parish. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law: Steve (Judy) Peters, Green Bay; John (Lynn) Peters, New London; Larry (Catherine) Peters, Green Bay; three grandsons: Matthew (Bridget), Steven R. (fiance, Melissa Chavas), David A. Peters; one sister, Cecelia Lucas, Milwaukee; two sisters-in-law, Dorothy Van Sistine, Appleton; Theresa Otis, DePere; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters: Betty Clumb and Shirley Putnam. Friends may call at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., after 10 a.m. Friday until time of service.
