  Paul E. Jones, 87, of Iola, formerly of Hortonville, died Sunday, February 14, 2010, at Wisconsin Veterans Home in King, Wisconsin. Paul was born on May 9, 1922, the son of Harold and Sylvia (Sears) Jones. On January 24, 1951, he married Ruth Bestul. Paul worked as a plumber for many years until his retirement. Following retirement, Paul enjoyed 14 years of travel. He also enjoyed playing cards, collecting model cars, baseball caps and roosters. Paul is survived by his wife, Ruth (Iola); sons, Gary (Judy) Jones (Amherst), Robert (Stacy) Jones (Forest Junction), and Allen (Donna) Jones (Kaukauna); daughter, Kathy (Les) Baehman (Hortonville); daughter-in-law, Betty Jones (Iola); sister, Margie Harmon (Minot, ND); 23 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Jack; grandsons, Brian Peterson and Joseph Melum; great-grandchildren, Zachery Fahser, Briana Baehman, Dylon Nelson, and Lacy Jones; two sisters, Donna and Lois; and one infant brother. A Mass of Resurrection for Paul will be held at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 105 N. Olk Street, Hortonville, on Thursday, February 18, 2010, at 11 a.m. with Ft. Paul Vanden Hogen officiating. Family and friends may call directly at the church Thursday morning from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass. Burial will be at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery, Hortonville, WI Borchardt & Moder Funeral Home 109 W. Main Street, Hortonville, WI 920-779-4588
