  Wilfred (Kernel) Wieseckel, 64, of Route 1, Sheboygan, died at Sheboygan Memorial Hospital, Wednesday, Nov. 9, after a lingering illness. He was born Jan. 11, 1913 at Hilbert, a son of John and Rosa Wieseckel, and was married to Murla Dorn in November 1934. She died Dec. 24, 1935. On July 25, 1939, he married Cora Pilling at Stockbridge. Mr. Wieseckel was co-owner of the Kuhn and Baeger Meat Market in Ada and later was employed at the Kohler Co., Security National Bank, and most recently at the Sheboygan Clinic. He was a member of Holy Name Catholic Parish and the Kohler Co. Quarter Century Club. Survivors are his wife; one son, David of Chicago, Ill.; one brother, Gilbert, of Sheboygan Falls; three sisters, Mrs. Art Depies of Hilbert, Mrs. Armin Tooner, of DePere, and Mrs. Victor Paegelow, of Sheboygan. His parents and one brother preceded him in death. The funeral Mass was Saturday at Holy Name Catholic Church, with the Rev. Eugene Newman, associate pastor, as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Stockbridge. Chilton Times Journal - October 17, 1977
