  Died - At his old home in the town of Buchanan, Friday, Jan. 30th, Peter J. Brill, aged 37 years. The deceased was a son of our old townsman Michael Brill, and was well known throughout Outagamie Co., having formerly filled the office of under-Sheriff during the years of 1879-80, his brother John Brill, of Appleton, being sheriff at the time. He had always enjoyed good health until about two years since, while at work in Florence, Wis., he was stricken with paralysis from which he never had fully recovered, and has since been almost helpless. However, he was not considered dangerously ill until a few moments before his death, when he expired quite suddenly. The funeral was held at the church of the Holy Cross on Sunday last, and was attended by a very large concorse of friends and relatives. The funeral cortege is said to be one of the longest ever seen at this place.
