  Hubers, Anna Mae Kimberlyage 81, died January 8, 2003 at the St. Paul Home surrounded by her fami ly and her wonderful family of caregivers on Poppy Path at St. Paul Hom e. Anna Mae was born into this world as the oldest child of Henry and Agn es (Kamps) Steers in Kimberly. She married Frank Hubers on May 13, 1944 a nd he preceded her in death in 1976. Anna Mae devoted her first 53 yea rs of life to family, being a wise and loving daughter, wife and mothe r. At age 53 she became a widow. She attended Fox Valley Technical Colle ge obtaining her High School Diploma, something she always longed for. S he obtained her license to sell insurance for the National Catholic Socie ty of Foresters. She served her Church and community through the followi ng organizations; National Catholic Society of Foresters, Court 1067 for m ore than 50 years serving in many capacities, Holy Name Christian Mother s, Vicariate, and as a reading assistant in Holy Name School. She was an A ctive member of the Cross and Crown Prayer Group, St. Paul's, Combined Loc ks, Maranatha Prayer Group, Holy Cross Kaukauna and the Crucillo Movemen t. She served her community as a member of the American Legion Auxiliar y, Kimberly. Anna Mae's personal mission for 30 years was to visit area nu rsing homes on a regular basis.She is survived by her children, Marianne "Mitch" (Dennis) Heimermann, Cli ntonville, Ray (Mary) Hubers, Appleton, Steve (Tina) Hubers, Kimberly a nd Cletus (Joan) Hubers, Hollandtown; grandchildren, Nicole Stoll (fianc K ris Follmann), Allenton, Shannon (Todd) Skar, Green Bay, Allison and Aust in Hubers, Madison, Josh and Maggie Hubers, Kimberly, Brian Hubers (fia nc Ellen Schmidt), Kaukauna, Amy Hubers, Oshkosh, Tracy Hubers, Appleto n, Troy Hubers, Tracy Zwiers, Kaukauna, Sara (Bruce) Delrow, Combined Lock s, Heather Zwiers (fianc Paul Fietzer) Kaukauna, Great grandchildren; Andr ew, Justin, Rory, Blaine, Autumn, Brett, Alex and Alexandria. She is furth er survived by brothers; Richard Steers, Kimberly, Ron (Joyce) Steers, La ke Arbutus, sisters; Gertrude Hurst, Kaukauna, Bernice (Jerome) Quella, El khart Lake, sister-in-law, Ingrid Steers and life companion, Tom Newhous e, brother-in-law, Robert Kiel, Kimberly, Frank's sister-in-law, Marion Hu bers, Menasha and brothers-in-law; Henry Bos, Appleton and John (Imelda) B os, Kimberly and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in dea th by her parents, husband, a sister Phyllis Kiel, a brother Roger Steer s, brother-in-law, John Huber and sisters-in-law, Loretta and Francis Bo s. Funeral services will be held at 6 pm Friday at Holy Name Catholic Chur ch, Kimberly with Fr. Dennis Bergsbaken officiating. Burial in the pari sh cemetery. Friends may call directly at the church from 3 pm Friday unt il the time of services. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been esta blished in her name. The Boettcher Family Funeral Home, Kaukauna is assist ing the family with arrangements.
