Steman, 82, of 114 First St. N, who died Thursday at her home.Bu rial will be in Calvary Cemetery.Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Mond ay and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at Williams Funeral Home. St. Mary Help of Chr istians Christian Mothers will pray at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral ho me in St. Cloud followed by parish prayers at 7.Margaret Steman was bo rn in Marty to John and Susan (Steichen) Gregory. She married Edward Stem an on Nov. 27, 1939, in Marty. The couple managed Farm Beautiful until 196 1. She was employed by Fandel's Department Store for 14 years and voluntee red at the Women's Guild for 15 years. She received the 1990 JC Penney Gol den Rule Volunteer Award. She was a member of Miracle Voices, Catholic A id Society, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, St. Joseph's Counc il of Christian Women and St. Joseph's Catholic Church.Survivors include h er daughters, Evelyn Weirens of Sauk Rapids, Elaine Jost of Waite Park, Jo an Supan of St. Joseph, Pat Fitzharris, Betty Struzyk, and Sue deChambe au of St. Cloud; sister and brothers, Marianne Hansen of Collegeville, Wil lard, Lawrence and Paul of Marty; 17 grandchildren; and nine great-grandch ildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Oct. 24, 1961; daughter s, Renee and Geraldine O'Meara-Steinbuch; sister and brother, Alice Muell er and Jerome; and two grandchildren.
