VanDenEng, Eugene Military Service Gene served 21 years in the U.S. Air Force, he went in April 13 1951 at the age of 18, was a Korean War Vet May 53-May 54 and a Vietnam War Vet Dec 69-Dec 1970. He had two tours in Europe, France and England. Gene was stationed at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California for seven years where he was in Missiles. He played golf for the USAF and won several trophies. Gene retired as a Master Sergeant from the Air Force in February 1972. |
