  Joe C. Winn, 70, of 107 1/2 W. Wisconsin avenue, Kaukauna, a retired Chicago and North Western railway employee, died at 4 p.m. Saturday at his home after a heart attack. He was born July 29, 1889, in Greenbush. He was a member of the Fond du Lac polic force before moving to Kaukauna in 1928. He was employed by the railroad for 26 years, retiring in 1954. He also operated a mail pickup for the Kaukauna post office. Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic church, Kaukauna, with burial in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Greenwood Funeral home, Kaukauna, where the rosary will be said at 8 p.m. today. He is survived by his widow; three sons, Eugene, Kaukauna, John, Sheboygan, and Vernol, Gardenia, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. John Gilson, De Pere; and three grandchildren.
