  Borger, Valbur Born Valentine's Day, 1918, passed away July 3, 2012, at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital in Ozaukee County. He was married to Harriet Cleland Borger, who passed away in 1989. His eldest daughter, Candice Belle Borger passed away in 1988. A wounded WWII veteran, Val spent most of his working life as a Professor of Education at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. He is survived by his daughters, Valerie Pogue, and Tracy Friedman, and three grandsons Tom Sajdak, Jason Sajdak, and William Pogue. The family will greet friends at Northshore Funeral Services Chapel at 4:00 PM on Sunday, July 8, followed by a Funeral Service at 5:00 PM Published in Milwaukee Journal Sentinel-July 6, 2012
