  FORMER CHILTOH MAN DIES AT PLAYMOUTH HOME Chilton - Peter Lauer, Sr., 67 of Plymouth, died at his home on Sunday after an illness of three weeks. He was born in Germany and came to America, when a child of two.In 1884 he was married to Miss Catherine Krautkramer of Menasha?. They located on a farm in St. John, where they resided until 1912. when they moved to Chilton. Eight years ago they moved to Plymouth, which has since been their home. Mr. Lauer is survived by his widow, four sons, George of Elkhart Lake. Peter of Chilton, Matt of Ply- mouth, and Theodore of Appleton: and by four daughters, Mrs. Joseph Thiel of St. John, Mrs. Walter Albertson of Omaha, Neb., Mrs. Fred Weber of Hilbert. and Mrs. Serve Schmitz of St. Anna. The funeral was held from the Catholic church in St. John at 10:30 Wednesday morning interment being in the St. John cemetery. The service was conducted by Rev. Ruppold. The bearers, all nephews of the de- ceased were Leander Krautkramer,Peter Laurer, Peter Thiel, Peter Rummelfinger, Anthony Thiel and Erwin Fish.
