  Clifford G. VandeYacht; 450 V an St., Hollandtown Kaukauna Age 71, died Sunday, July 9, 2000, at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Ba y, following a short battle with cancer. He was born July 13, 192 8, in Dundas, Wisconsin, son of the late Ben and "Heinie" VandeYach t. On June 17, 1958, Cliff married the former Kathleen Burich at St. Mary 's Catholic Church in Brillion. Cliff retired as owner of Brooks Oil C o. He was an avid Packer fan and was a season ticker holder dating ba ck to the days of the old East Stadium. He was a member of St. Francis Cat holic Church, Hollandtown, and was an officer of the St. Francis SCHUT Soc iety. He was also a member of the Leo Van Roy Post 265 of the American Leg ion-Darboy. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Kathleen, Hollandtown; two sons and daughters-in-law, Kevin ( Tammy) VandeYacht, Little Chute; Stephen (Cheri) VandeYacht, Hollandtow n; two daughters and sons-in-law, Claire (Scott) Smith, Antigo; Kay (Scot t) Bahn, Neenah; four grandchildren, Simone and Reid VandeYacht, Cole Vand eYacht and Michael Smith; one sister, Lillian Lauer, California. He was pr eceded in death by two brothers, Roy and Hugo "Butch." The funeral servic es will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at St. Francis Catholic Church, Hollan dtown, with Fr. Stan Browne officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. Fr iends may call at the Boettcher Family Funeral Home, 2401 Fieldcrest Driv e, Kaukauna, from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 11 a.m. Wednesday direct ly at the church until the time of services. The Leo Van Roy Post 265 wi ll meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday and the evening will conclude with a prayer serv ice at 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been establish ed in his name for St. Francis Catholic Church, Hollandtown. Clifford G. VandeYacht, Inave rtently omitted in the obituary: Cliff was aVeteran of the US Air Force.
