  Vernon J. Sievert Rt. l, Hortonville Age 69, died Sunday in Appleton, after a five week illness. He was born May 30, 1912, in Osborn, Wisconsin, and farmed in the Town of Ellington all of his married life. Mr. Sievert was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and the Holy Name Society, Greenville. Survivors include his wife, Irene; four brothers: Lawrence, Appleton; Elmer, Neenah; Orville, Black Creek; Clarence, Menasha; a sister, Mrs. Victor (Erma) Scheibe, Rural Appleton; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Roy. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Mary Catholic Church, Greenville, with the Rev. Robert C. Groher officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 p.m. Tuesday until the cortege leaves for the church on Wednesday.
