  MRS. MICHAEL DEMERATH Mrs. Michael Demerath Sr., nee Anna Mary Brill, 72, died at about 9:30 Wednesday morning at the home of her son, Frank E. Demerath, 514 Outagamie St., after an attack of pleurisy. She was born in Menominee Falls, but for the last 31 years had been a resident of Appleton. She is survived by her widower, one daughter, Mrs. William Hoffman, Greenville; seven sons, Peter Schatter, New London; John Demerath, Jr. Ingomar, Mich.; Joseph Demerath, Freedom, John Demerath Stanton, Nebr.; Frank E. Demerath, Appleton; Adam Demerath, West Bend; S.N. Demerath, Oconto; one brother, Matt Brill, Menomonie Falls, four sisters; Mrs. Mary Hoffman, Hilbert; Mrs. Christina Stoll, Chicago; Mrs. Kate Baltes, Rubicon; Mrs. Lena Hollenbach, Wadsworth, Ill. Mrs. Demerath was a member of the Christian Mothers. The funeral will take place at 10 o'clock Saturday morning at St. Joseph church with burial in St. Joseph cemetery.
