Obituary:
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at St. Augustines Catholic Church in St. Cloud, for Genevieve W. Wiener, who died on Saturday at Sterling Place in Sauk Rapids. Burial will be at St. Lawrence Cemetery in Duelm. Friends and relatives may call from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 31st at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Sauk Rapids and also 1 hour prior to services at the church. St. Augustines Christian Woman will pray the rosary at 4:30 p.m. followed by parish prayers at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Genevieve was born to the late Barney and Bernadine (Eiting) Ruhoff in St. George Township (rural Benton County), Minnesota. She married Ralph J. Wiener on May 11, 1949 at St. Augustines Catholic Church in St. Cloud. Genevieve was a homemaker and lived all her married life in St. Cloud. She was a member of St. Augustines Catholic Church, the Foresters and the Christian Mothers. Genevieve enjoyed playing cards, bingo, gardening, sewing, flowers, canning and baking. Genevieve is survived by her children, Donald (Cindy) of Waite Park, Leonard (Dawn) of Kapolei, Hawaii, Gerald (Pam) of St. Cloud, Elaine (Jerry) Heinks of St. Cloud, Allan (Brenda) of Pequot Lakes and Theresa (Paul) Przybilla of Little Falls; grandchildren, Jennifer, Brad, Laura, Thomas, Michael, Eleisha, Janelle, Abagail, Albert, Bryan and Robyn; and great granddaughter, LaNayja. She was preceded in death by her husband, brothers and sisters.
