    Obituary:
    Herbert H. Schroeder Formerly of Appleton 927 Caroline St., Waukesha Age 87, passed away unexpectedly at his home Wednesday night. He was a retired machinist of the Appleton Machine Corporation. He is survived by one son, Wesley, Principal of the Butler Middle School, Waukesha; seven grandsons; two sisters, Mrs. Erna Schnell, Clintonville, Mrs. Hattie Kessler, Marinette; one brother, John Schroeder, Kewaunee, Wisconsin. His wife Inez preceded him in death March 1969 and a son James, January 1967. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. from the Riverside Cemetery Chapel, Appleton. He will be in state at the Cemetery Chapel from 10 a. m. Saturday until the time of service. The Rev. Kenneth Engelmann will officiate. The Earling Larsen Funeral Home, Waukesha is in charge of arrangements. Ph. 547- 3324.

    LORAINE SCHROEDER
    Loraine Ella Schroeder, three month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Schroeder, town of Freedom, died Thursday morning at her home after a short illness. Survivors are the parents, one brother, Herbert, Jr., her grandparents, Mrs. Ella Schroeder, Appleton; and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Krueger, Freedom. The body will be taken from the Brettschneider Funeral home to the residence Friday morning, from where the funeral will be held at 1:30 Saturday afternoon with services at 2 o'clock at St. Peter Lutheran church. The Rev. T. H. Brenner will be in charge and burial will be in the church cemetery.

    Obituary:
    Earl Schroeder age 74, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2008, at Colony Oaks. He was born on August 24, 1933 in the Town of Freedom, WI to the late Herbert and Lucille (Krueger) Schroeder Sr. Earl retired from Appleton Auto Wrecking after many years of service. He was an avid Green Bay Packer and Chicago Cubs fan and enjoyed spending time with his friends.
    Earl is survived by a daughter: Lynn (Stephen) Barfield of Stone Mountain, GA; three sons: Jim (Penny) of Concord NC, Jay (Kris) of Appleton and Jonathan (Carrie) of Little Chute; a daughter-in-law: Joyce Schroeder of Appleton; grandchildren: Jason, Kelly, Holly, Melanie, Scott, Cassie, Brent, Robert, Ross and Craig.
    He is preceded in death by his parents: wife Rita (Goodman) Schroeder; a brother: Herbert Jr.; and a son: Jeffrey.
    Funeral services will be at the Valley Funeral Home Friday, March 28, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Martin Ruge officiating. Visitation will be at the Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. until time of the services.
    Private burial will take place at Community Lutheran Cemetery in Freedom, WI.
    The family would like to thank the entire staff at Colony Oaks for all the special care given to Earl, and also to Dr. Steinlage and his staff for there care.
