    Jay, Adelia (Hermans) Nooyen was married to Alexis Nooyen. He was buri ed in Allouez cemetery 24 years later in 1927. Alexis was the oldest s on of Henry and Rosa (Vanderheyden) Nooyen. Alexis and Adelia were my gran dparents. Adelia died shortly after giving birth to John Nooyen, and Alex is continued to run the farm in Bay Settlement and never remarried. My mot her, Rose Nooyen (1901-1952), was just 2 years old when her mother (Adeli a) died, and she was sent to be raised by Adelia's sister, Rose (Herman s) Jacobs.

    Rose married Ott, Mervin V. 23 Jul 1926, Milwaukee, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. Mervin was born 17 Feb 1905, LaCrosse, LaCrosse, Wisconsin, USA; died 30 Mar 1976, Milwaukee, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA; was buried , Milwaukee, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. [Group Sheet]
