    Mrs Andrew Allen died at her home in the town of Maine,Tuesday morning. Mrs. Allen has been ill a long time having been confined to her bed over a year. She was one of the early settlers of the town of Maine,coming their when a child with her parents. She was always an industrious, hard working woman, and was a great as- sitant to her husband in developing their farm. She leaves besides her husband, 2 sons and 2 daughters. The funeral was held Thursday, from the house.
