    Ann M. (Vannieuwenhoven) Ringer, 72, Henderson, Nev., formerly of Green Bay and Appleton, daughter of the late Wilmer and Marie (VanderHeyden) Vannieuwenhoven, passed away on March 3, 2010, at home in Henderson, Nev.
    Ann is survived by her husband of 53 years, Walter, Henderson, NV, daughter Joanne, Henderson, NV, and sons Michael (Carol), Appleton; and Patrick (Nancy), Appleton.
    Ann is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; grandchildren, Jeremy Howard, Jennifer (Rob) Janes, Casey (Chasity) Ringer, Kevin Ringer, Katie Ringer, and Kimberly Ringer, all of Appleton. great-grandchildren Brianna Howard, Ava Janes, Colt Howard, and Delaney Janes, all of Appleton. Ann was the beloved sister of Nancy (Duane) Meetz, Peshtigo, WI, Sharon (Larry) Jones, Green Bay, WI, Dick (Kathy) Vannieuwenhoven, Green Bay, WI, Ken (Marty)Vannieuwenhoven, Liberty Lake, WA and sister-in-law Emily Vannieuwenhoven, Green Bay, WI. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews. Ann was preceded in death by her grandson Colt, and her brother Jim.
    A memorial gathering will be held for family and friends on Saturday, April 3, 2010, from 11:30 to 3 at the Rock Garden in Green Bay. Lunch will be served at noon.

    Obituary:
    Richard F. "Dick" Vannieuwenhoven, 67, Green Bay, died unexpectedly, Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011. He was born Feb. 21, 1944, in Green Bay, to Wilmer and Marie (Vanderheyden) Vannieuwenhoven. On Sept. 12, 1969, Dick married Kathleen Gasper in Green Bay. For many years, he worked as a carpenter and a mechanic. After retirement, Dick loved going to his trailer in Crivitz and spending time with his family and friends. His family was very important to him. Dick loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren. When he was younger, he loved to go hunting and camping with his family. He also enjoyed woodworking, and being a "Jack of all trades". Dick will be greatly missed by many a good friend. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
    Survivors include his wife, Kathleen; his children and their spouses, Amy and John McDougal, Joplin, Mo.; Kelly and Dan Temple, Oconto Falls; Richard Vannieuwenhoven, Howard; his grandchildren, Mikayla Rose Vannieuwenhoven, Joshua Richard Temple, Elizabeth (Drew) Grove, Danielle (special friend, David Willis) Temple; two great-grandchildren, Damien and Dominic; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Sharon and Larry Jones, Howard, Nancy and Duane Meetz, Oconto; a brother and sister-in-law, Ken and Marti Vannieuwenhoven, Spokane, Wash.; his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Eileen and John Wery, Green Bay; Corrine Stahl, Sturgeon Bay; Emily Vannieuwenhoven, Green Bay; Wally Ringer, Henderson, Nev.; his special friends, Dean and Betty Lewis, Howard; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    Dick was preceded in death by a daughter, Amy Mosher; his parents; his mother-in-law and father-in-law; two brothers, James and John Vannieuwenhoven; and a sister, Ann Ringer.
    Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday. A Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fort Howard Memorial Park. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.
    In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Dick's name.
