    Betty Jean Fuhrmann, of Hortonville, age 66, passed away Friday, December 14, 2007, in New London. She was born April 13, 1941, to the late Herbert and Ruth (Krull) Fuhrmann.
    She is survived by four sons: Jerold (fiancee, Susan Dorton) Van Handel, Appleton; James (fiancee, Donna Seelow) Van Handel, Neenah; John (Brenda) Van Handel, Hatley; Joseph (Margaret) Van Handel, Hortonville; father of her sons: Norbert Van Handel, Winchester; six grandchildren: Rayannen, Michael, Amanda, Cherisse, Adam and Emily; great-granddaughter, Lluvia; and a brother, Fred (Kay) Fuhrmann, Seymour.
    She was preceded in death by: her parents; a brother, Pete and a son, Jeff.

    Obituary:
    John A. Van Handel, 42 of Omro, died Tuesday May 29, 2012 as a result of an automobile accident. He was born in Appleton September 18, 1969, son of Norbert and the late Betty (Fuhrmann) Van Handel. John married Brenda Ziemer on June 7, 1997.
    John enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting, and fishing, he loved to travel with his family in Wisconsin and around the country, visiting many family favorite destinations. He had a love for his dogs, especially Jetta, who was with John Tuesday morning, and died shortly after because of injuries sustained.
    John is survived by his wife of 14 years, Brenda; daughter, Cherise (fiancé William Golder); father, Norbert, Winchester; three brothers, Gerald Van Handel (fiancée Susan Dorton), Appleton, James Van Handel, Clayton, and Joseph (Margaret) Van Handel, Hortonville; five nieces and nephews, Michael, Amanda, Adam, Emily, and Annie; and a great niece, Juevia. He was preceded in death by his mother; son, Curtis, and a brother, Jeffrey.
    Funeral service for John will be 7:00 PM on Tuesday June 5, 2012 at VALLEY FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Mike Huff of Crossroads Foursquare Church, Menasha officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 PM until the time of service. Online condolences may be made at www.valleyfh.com.
