    Biography:
FERDINAND KOLETZKE. Some of the most successful business men in Appleton, Wisconsin, are those who have come to the United States from other countries to try to make their fortunes, and from humble beginnings have built up enterprises of a substantial nature in a comparatively short number of years. Germany has furnished this country many such good citizens, and prominent among these in Appleton is Ferdinand Koletzke, who has a well located art store in this city. Mr. Koletzke was born in Germany, where he received his educational training, and from 1879 until 1882 served in the German army, as a member of the Third Company of Reserves, in Berlin. In April, 1883, he came to the United States and, locating at Appleton, worked for four years in the furniture business. He then opened an art store, where he has since been engaged in handling pictures, picture frames, stringed instruments, etc., and has met with large success. On March 22, 1884, Mr. Koletzke was united in marriage with Miss Elvina Wagner, a native of Germany, and they have been the parents of a family of six children, three boys and three girls.

    Obituary:
Tricia L. Stout, age 43, of Stockbridge, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2016. She was born on June 12, 1972 to William and Julie (Shipley) Nussbaum in Appleton. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Shortly after her graduation she began work at Neenah Paper where she worked in customer service for nineteen years.
She married the love of her life, Thomas Stout, on November 9, 2002 at First English Lutheran Church in Appleton and they shared over 13 years together.
Tricia had many special qualities, but those who knew her best could easily say that she always put others before herself. She was thoughtful, courageous, full of spunk and centered her life around her family. She enjoyed making specialty cakes for her children's birthdays, decorating the house for the holidays and frequently baking loaves of fresh bread and chocolate chip cookies which she always shared with others.
She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas; her beautiful children, Owen, Jensen and Mason; her parents, William and Julie Nussbaum; her in-laws, Donn and Rena Stout; her sisters, Leigh (Brian) Redfield and Amanda (Erin) Kendall; her godchild, Eliot Kendall; and her brother in-law, Daniel Stout. Tricia is further survived by her aunts, Janice Giallourakis, Kay Nussbaum, and Judy (Homer) Savard; uncles, Mark (Debbie) Nussbaum, and John (Jennifer) Shipley; cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
Tricia was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Raymond (Agatha) Nussbaum; her maternal grandparents, John (Janet) Shipley; and her godfather, Roger Nussbaum.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at FIRST ENGLISH LUTHERAN CHURCH, 326 E. North Street, Appleton. A time of visitation will be held on Saturday starting at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service with Pastor Mary Bauer officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Owen, Jensen and Mason Stout Education Fund. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wichmannfargo.com.
The family would like to thank Dr. William Guenther, Jennifer Giebel APNP, and the staff at Fox Valley Hematology and Oncology; Dr. Thomas Wascher and the staff at Neurospine Center Wisconsin; and Dr. Editha Krueger at Radiation Oncology Specialists; ThedaCare Hospice; and Cherry Meadows for the wonderful care given to Tricia and support to her family.
