Obituary:
Charles A. "Chuck" Fulcer, of Menasha, age 65, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 1, 2017, at Cherry Meadows Hospice. He was born July 5, 1952 in Milwaukee, son of the late Earl and Lillian (Fuchs) Fulcer.
Chuck graduated from Appleton East High School. He married Barb Harwood on June 9, 1973.
Chuck retired from the Neenah Foundry where he worked for 41 years.
Survivors include his wife, Barb; two children: Mark (Jene) Fulcer, Jennifer (Eric) Schramm; four grandchildren: Logan and Austin Fulcer, Lillian and Emily Schramm; and seven brothers and sisters.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 4, 2017, at Menasha's Westgor Funeral Home. The visitation will be held from 9:30 AM until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in his name.
