    Obituary:
Beverly J. "Bev" Glasow, age 75, of Hilbert died on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at the Calumet Medical Center in Chilton. She was born June 30, 1938 in Chilton, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Henry & Velma (Dorn) Jaeger.
She married Christian W. "Chip" Glasow on September 6, 1958 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Chilton.
Early in her life, Bev worked at Larson's Cleaners, the Dime Store in Chilton, and the Red Raven Inn. She worked most of her time at Tecumseh in New Holstein until her retirement at the age of 62.
Bev was special to all who knew her; she looked forward to time spent with friends, especially the monthly gathering with the girls of her graduating class. She used her gift of crocheting to make numerous crafts like scrubbies, towels, scarves, pot holders, and warm, cozy afghans for those she loved. Her hand made crafts were sought after items at Heritage Orchard throughout the fall.
With Bev, family always came first. She will be remembered as a fantastic wife and mom who always offered a listening ear, and kindly advice to anyone who needed it. She watched her children grow into people she was extremely proud of; individual who continued to display her family values which she graciously instilled in them.
Survivors include her husband: Chip; her children: Rick Glasow, Lori (Ken) Linzmeier, Lisa (Pete) Herrick; 7 grandchildren: Tyler & fiancee Mandy, Travis & fiancee Stephanie, Nathan (Amy), Janet & her significant other Tony, Brian, Danny & Aimee; 3 great grandchildren: Zach, Austin, Hailey and another arriving in May; 2 brothers: Jim & Jerry; and her in-laws: Doris Franz, & LouAnn (Bob) Seidl.
