    Richard E. "Touhy" Frank, age 75, of Hilbert, formerly of Menasha & Mountain, died on Thursday June 28, 2012 at his home in Hilbert. He was born on August 13, 1936 in Kimberly, son of the late Irvin & Esther (Rosenthal) Frank. He married Audrey Jurek on August 11, 1956 at St. John Catholic Church in Menasha. He worked for the Neenah Foundry, Allis Chalmers, and was the Union Representative for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers until his retirement in 1992. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping, but his greatest joy in life was being a father. Survivors include his wife Audrey; 4 children, Colleen (Daryl) VanGeffen of Bear Creek, Cathleen "Kitty" (Patrick) Meyers of Hilbert, Richard J. Frank & special friend Pat Leach of Menasha, Ronald E. (Julie) Frank of Sturgeon Bay; 9 grandchildren, Benjamin & Jonathan VanGeffen, Timothy & Joseph Meyers (special friend Ann Halbach), Brandon Schemmel, Nick & Shannon Leach, Ethan & Landon Frank; a great great grandson Tristen Donnelly; a sister-in-law, Joyce Frank of Appleton; in-laws, Evonne (Clyde) Sprauge of Boulder Junction, Bonnie Jurek of Oshkosh, Jack (Linda) Jurek of Menasha, Joyce (Dan Longsine of Hilbert; many nieces and nephews; and his longtime fishing buddy, Marlin Hull of Neenah. In addition to his parents, Irvin & Esther Frank, he was also preceded in death by a sister & brother-in-law, Irene & Lowell Douglas; a brother, William Frank; his father & mother-in-law, John & Rosella Jurek; a brother-in-law, Jerry Jurek; and 2 nephews, Jerry Jurek & Wayne Douglas. Funeral services will be at 6 PM on Monday July 2, 2012 at the Wieting Family Funeral Home (411 W. Main St.) in Chilton. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 3 PM until the time of services. A memorial fund has been established in the name of Richard E, Frank.
