Obituary:
Cecelia E. Veysey, 102, of Vancouver, WA, died Wed., Feb. 24, 2010 at her home. She was born on Nov. 8, 1907 in Green Bay, WI to Frank and Elizabeth (Roskom) VanNieuwenhoven.
Cecelia married Vernon V. Veysey on March 13, 1926 in Illinois.
She enjoyed embroidery and quilting and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Stars.
Cecelia is survived by her four children, Vernon V. Veysey of Ridgefield, WA, Alvin R. (Linda) Veysey of Long Beach, WA, Dorothy Prichard and Mildred (Carroll) Maul, both of Vancouver, WA; sister, Dorothy Turner of Modesto, CA; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, her parents, and 14 siblings preceded her in death.
Private family services will take place.
