    Binder III, Francis "Frank" Joseph Francis "Frank" Joseph Binder III, age 63, passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2006. Frank was born December 28, 1942, to Francis Joseph and Alice (Van Adestine) Binder II in Manawa, WI. On October 14, 1967, he married Marilyn Flasch. Frank attended Milwaukee School of Engineering, earning a Professional Engineering degree. He worked as an electrical engineer throughout his life. He was a member of Appleton Rifle and Gun Club, North American Deer and Elk Farmers Association, the Archeological Society, and the National Rifle Association.Frank is survived by his wife, Marilyn; a son, Francis Joseph Binder IV; two daughters, Shayna (Alan) Moede, Manawa; Chantelle (John) Toth, Kewaskum; a brother, Thomas (Karen) Binder; brothers-in-law, Dennis (Carol) Flasch and Michael (Bonnie) Flasch; mother-in-law, Marion DeVoy; eight grandchildren: Miranda, Morgan, Maquelle and Mataya Moede, Kyle, Conner and Justin Toth, and Cammie Binder.He is preceded in death by his parents, Alice and Francis Joseph Binder II; beloved uncle, Maurice Van Adestine; and father-in-law, Maurice Flasch.Funeral services for Frank will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 28, 2006, at St. Pius X Church, 500 W. Marquette St., Appleton, with Fr. Brian Belongia officiating. Visitation will be TODAY at the Valley Funeral Home from 4-7 p.m. and again at the church on Saturday from 10am until the time of services. There will also be a vigil service TONIGHT at 6:30 p.m. at the Valley Funeral Home. A Private Family Burial will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Manawa at a later date.Marilyn and her family would like to extend a warm thank you to the many doctors, nurses and caregivers who courageously ministered to Frank's needs.
