    Dr. WILLIAM H. ORSINGER (Age 87) On Saturday, July 11, 2009, Dr. WILLIAM H. ORSINGER of Arlington, VA. Local family practitioner, bonsai artist and beloved husband of the late Viola Nevy Orsinger. He was also the devoted father of Michael Orsinger of Purcellville, VA, Barbara Adolfson of Fairfax, VA, Janet McIntyre of Spring Hill, TN and Rebecca Orsinger (deceased); and a loving grandfather to 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services will be private for family and friends. Memorial contributions may be made to Capital Hospice, 6565 Arlington Blvd, Suite 500, Falls Church, VA 22042.
