Cropsey, Esther E.Esther E. Cropsey, Rural Kaukauna, age 85, died Monday, February 14, 200 5, at the Aurora Bay Care Medical Center in Green Bay. Esther was bo rn in Shawano on March 28, 1919, daughter of the late William and Ellen (D ietzler) Baumgarten. On August 3, 1944, she married Roy Cropsey in Green B ay; Roy preceded her in death in February of 1995.Esther is survived by two sons: Gary Cropsey of Kaukauna and his special f riend Mary Jansen; Gale (Paula) Cropsey of Freedom; two daughters: Gwen (D an) Diny of Greenleaf and Gena (Paul) Pankratz of Green Bay; eight grandch ildren: Nathan (Wendy), Nick (Jill), Ben, and Sam Cropsey; Adam and Dean na Diny; Alex Pankratz; and Justin Jansen; two great-grandchildren: Luc as Cropsey and Maggie Esther Cropsey; three sisters and a brother: Marie F rank of Appleton; Raymond (Millie) Baumgarten of Kaukauna; Florence Anders on of Kaukauna; and Dorothy Milbach of Kaukauna; and a sister-in-law: Hel en Baumgarten.Esther was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Roy in 1995, brot hers: Elmer (Fay), Bill, Bobby, Eddie (Carmen) and Marvin Baumgarten; a si ster Marian (Ken) Juse, and brothers-in-law Jerome Frank, George Anderso n, and Nick Milbach.The funeral service for Esther will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Februa ry 17, 2005, at the funeral home chapel with Fr. Robert Kabat officiatin g. Interment will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Wrightstown. Friends may ca ll at the funeral home on Thursday from 3 p.m.. until the hour of the serv ices. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.The family would like to thank the staff at Aurora Bay Care Medical Cent er and Aurora Hospice for their wonderful care.
