Obituary:
Mrs. Regina Voigt, 59, of Kiel, died at St. Nicholas hospital this morning. A native of Chilton, Mrs. Voigt was born Sept. 25, 1890, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matthias Wirth. When she was young the family moved to New Holstein, and Mrs. Voigt lived at New Holstein until 1922. She was married to Ferdinand Voigt of Kiel, April 12, 1913, and the couple operated the Graceland hotel in Kiel, beginning in 1922. Mr. Voigt preceded his wife in death Dec. 12, 1939. Mrs. Voigt was a member of the Kiel Frauenverein.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Fred Lubeley, of Kiel; three grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Louis Konz of Kiel, and Mrs. Carl Buchholz of New Holstein. A brother and a sister preceded Mrs. Voigt in death.

Regina married Voight, Ferdinand 12 Apr 1913. Ferdinand was born 27 Feb 1885, Kiel, Manitowoc, Wisconsin, USA; died 12 Dec 1939, Madison, Dane, Wisconsin, USA; was buried , New Holstein City Cemetery, New Holstein, Wisconsin, USA. [Group Sheet]
