    Remter, Audrey AnnAudrey Remter, age 73, of Appleton, died on Thursday, August 10, 200 6, at Brewster Village after a lengthy struggle with frontal temporal deme ntia. Audrey was born on April 9, 1933, in Appleton, to the late Lester a nd Ethel (Johnson) Stillman. She married Vernal Remter on August 18, 195 1; he preceded her in death on December 30, 1983. Audrey was a loving wif e, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.She was a longtime member of the First Congregational United Church of Chr ist in Appleton.Survivors include her children: Linda Remter (special friend Steve Gue), W est Bloomfield; Sherry (Joseph) Marx, Appleton; Kim (LaBron) Neal, Ranc ho Santa Margarita, California; Lori (Barry) Van Dinter, Appleton; Timot hy (Angela) Remter, Appleton; and Travis Remter, Appleton; and her thirte en grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She is further surviv ed by her sisters-in-law: Shirley Misco-Kelder, Appleton; and Doris (Loui s) Flauger, Gresham; her brother-in-law, Jerry Lemmens, Arizona; nieces, n ephews, other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Remter; her brother, Richa rd Stillman; her in-laws, Lester and Isabelle Remter; and her brothers-in- law, Lloyd and Lester Remter.Funeral services will be on Saturday, August 12, 2006, at 3 p.m. at WICHMA NN FUNERAL HOME, Appleton, with Rev. Kevin Gregory officiating. Friends m ay call directly at the funeral home on Saturday from 1 p.m. until the ti me of services. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.
    The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Brewst er Village for their loving care. A memorial has been established in Audre y's name.
