    Magna E. Selig, age 92 (Mrs. Fred J. Selig)
    Magna Selig was called to her heavenly father on September 16, 2016 with her family by her side. Magna was born to Peter J. and Clarissa (Ladouceur) Dunn on March 18, 1924 in Thessalon, Ontario, Canada. She attended Thessalon High School and then moved to Sault Ste. Marie, working for Dr. Smith and then for Alpha Grill where she met and married Fred J. Selig of Appleton, WI on October 8, 1945. She then moved to Appleton where she and Fred settled and together raised their family. He preceded her in death, September 7, 2011. Magna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She devoted her life to her family. Magna worked for Babe Van Camps in her earlier years. After raising her family, she worked for Kimberly Clark, and H.C. Prange. She enjoyed her many travels with loving husband, Fred, her time with the girls from "Club" and trips to the Casino.
    Magna will be sadly missed by her three children: Gary (Janet) Selig, Appleton; Gail (Rick) Jones, Menasha and Gaye (Mike) Tassoul, Menasha, along with her seven grandchildren: Jill (Corey) Van Dera, Appleton; Gregg (Pam) Selig, Appleton; Tami (Corey) Shannon, Katy, TX; Troy (Alissa) Beyer, Sherwood; Shane (Shane) Tassoul, Appleton; Shannon (Robbie) Dilworth, Naples, FL; Shawna (Craig) Reichelt, Neenah and 12 great grandchildren: Tanner, Justin and Jordon Fickle; Megan Selig, Brandon (Whitney) Cox; Sophia and Ryker Shannon, Jacek and Tycen Beyer; Phoenyx and Xander Tassoul; Cassidy and Zachary Dilworth; Cambria Reichelt, and two great-great grandsons, Drake and Conway Cox.
    Magna is further survived by her sister, Geneva (Dunn) Dewar, brother, Frank (Anne) Dunn, Sault Ste Marie, Canada; brother in law, Dick (Connie) Selig, San Diego, CA, Sisters in law; Mildred, Karen, Lois Selig and Margie Lausman, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many of her friends.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Clara Dunn, her husband, Fred, a son, Todd Peter, sister, Azilda Dunn, Bothers; John (Laurene), Bill (Ruby), Albert "Bert" (Elaine) Dunn, brothers in law; Vernon, Kenneth, Gene and Jack, sister in law, Betty (Robert) Koehn.
    Funeral services will be held at 11:30am on Thursday, September 22, 2016, at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 500 W. Marquette St, Appleton with Fr. Andrew Kurz officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 7:00pm Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Valley Funeral Home, 2211 N. Richmond St, Appleton, and again, from 10:30am until the time of service on Thursday at the church.
    The family would like to give a special thanks and recognition to the all staff at the Renaissance Assisted Living, Appleton for their special care and attention they all gave to mother, Your kindness will be remembered in our hearts forever.
