Obituary:
Joan Alibrando, 87, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 after a short stay at St. Paul Home. Joan was born on April 27, 1929 to Herbert and Marie (Rieth) Haessly. She was united in marriage to Joseph Alibrando on January 19, 1952. Joan enjoyed knitting and made many intricate baby booties and doll clothes. She was an active blood donor and donated many gallons over the years. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her close friends. Their coffee time, birthday celebrations and many outings will always hold special memories.
Joan is survived by her son Thomas (Julie) Alibrando, other relatives and friends.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Joe, a son Pat, a sister Carol and a brother Paul.
The funeral liturgy for Joan will be held on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 3:00 PM at HOLY CROSS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 309 Desnoyer St., with Fr. Tom Pomeroy officiating. A time of visitation will be held on Friday from 2:00 PM until the time of the mass at church. Online condolences may be expressed atwww.wichmannfargo.com.
The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the caregiving staff at Appleton Retirement Community, St. Paul Home and her close friends for all the support over the years. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.

Obituary:
Patrick Alibrando, 59, of Darboy, passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2013. Pat was born on March 9, 1954 to Joseph and Joan (Haessly) Alibrando in Appleton. Pat graduated from UW Stout and started his career as an industrial arts teacher, the working at Giddings and Lewis and finally working at Metal Products. He was a very hard working and dedicated person. In his earlier years he enjoyed camping, kayaking, the outdoors and woodworking.
Pat is survived by his mother: Joan Alibrando of Kaukauna; and a brother: Thomas (Julie) Alibrando of Reedsburg. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph.
The funeral service will be held for Pat on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 11:00 AM at HOLY CROSS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 309 Desnoyer St, with Fr. Tom Pomeroy officiating. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the church.
