    Robert G. Weber, age 90, of Appleton, died peacefully at his home on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 with his loving family by his side. Bob was born in Appleton on April 5, 1923 to the late Joseph A. and Genevieve (Moran) Weber. After graduating high school, Bob proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force during WWII. After the war, Bob attended the University of Notre Dame where he received his BA in Mechanical Engineering. On January 10, 1953, he was united in marriage to Elizabeth Jean Nolan. The couple enjoyed 55 years together until her death in 2008. Bob worked as a Field Engineer from 1952 to 1962 for Honeywell and General Dynamics. He then worked as a salesman for Weber Knitwear until his retirement in 1996. Bob loved camping, especially his annual trips to the Boundary Waters. He also loved going to church - it wasn't uncommon for Bob to attend three Masses a day. He was a Fourth Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus and a very active member at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Appleton for many years.
    He is survived by 4 sons: Robert (Pat) Weber, MN, Kevin (Denise) Weber, Pueblo, CO, Brian (Susan) Weber, Denver, CO, and Tom (Susan) Weber, Honolulu, HI; 2 daughters: Mary Pat (Brad) Vande Venter, Appleton and Liz (Dan) Gara, Appleton; 18 grandchildren: Nolan, Reese, Reid, Chad, Nicholas, Ty, Dylan, Max, Jake, Kate, Alexander, Austin, Genevieve, Aidan, Jack, Neve, and Anne; 3 great grandchildren: Tre, Aarlyn, and Ella. 2 brothers: Ken (Terry) Weber, Chilton and Emmett (Ruth) Weber, DePere. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews.
    He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, sister, Lucille, and brother, Tom
    A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 414 W. Lawrence St., Appleton, with Father James Leary OFM Cap officiating. Friends may visit directly at the church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Appleton. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.

    Kenneth E. Weber, age 84, of Chilton, died on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton. He was born February 6, 1930 in Appleton, son of the late Joseph A. & Genevieve (Moran) Weber.
    He proudly served in the United States Army from 1952 until 1954. During this time, Ken married the love of his life, Teresa M. Martin, on July 18, 1953 in Wichita, KS. Ken began working at Kaytee Products in Chilton in 1965, and the couple made their home in Chilton.
    He was truly an accomplished citizen of the Chilton area and he devoted his life to the betterment of other's lives. It is difficult to compress the life of a man such as Ken because of the dramatic impact he had on people around him. He was involved in the Boy Scouts his entire life and daily lived the Scout Oath.
    He was an active member of the Chilton Optimist Club, and recently finished his role of Faithful Navigator as a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus member. He was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church where he was instrumental in forming the Perpetual Adoration Chapel; used his musical talents with the choir, as cantor and lector for many years, and volunteered his time and talents often. He was a state delegate to the Wisconsin Pigeon Association, traveled throughout the country as a representative of Kaytee, and raised and judged show pigeons with the Central Komorner Tumbler Club.
    Ken was most thankful for the family he had. He was a loving husband and father who took initiative to be involved in his children and grandchildren's lives. Even into his 80's Ken was forever youthful. He enjoyed playing with the grandkids, skiing, and serving as the principle entertainment at family campfires. His zeal for life, his sense of humor, and his kindly words will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.
    Survivors include his wife of nearly 61 years: Terry; his children: Kathleen (Howard) Delveaux of Arbor Vitae, WI, Martin Weber of Chilton, Gregory (Sally) Weber of Appleton, Peggy (Mike) Haen of Iron Mountain, MI, Marie (Jeff) Retherford of Piedmont, CA, Ken (Sandy) Weber of Chilton, Liz (Ron) Tickman of Sammamish, WA, Tim Weber of Englewood, CO, Mary (Wayne) Hoerth of Chilton; 26 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Emmet (Ruth) Weber of De Pere; sisters-in-law: Rogene Weber of Neenah and Betty Lovejoy of Arlington, TX; and brothers-in-law: Ted Martin of Fort Collins, CO and Deacon Perry A. Bunyar of Montreal, Canada.
    Ken was preceded in death by a sister, Lucille (Joe) Welhouse and brothers, Thomas Weber and Robert (Betty) Weber.
    Funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Monday, July 7, 2014 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church (54 E. Main St.) in Chilton with the Rev. Ryan Krueger and Rev. Bob Kollath concelebrating. Burial will follow in the St. Mary Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call at the Wieting Family Funeral Home (411 W. Main St.) in Chilton from 3:00 pm until 7:30 pm on Sunday, July 6, 2014 and on Monday at the church from 9:00 am until 10:30 am. A Parish Vigil Service and Knights of Columbus Prayer service will be held Sunday evening at the funeral home at 7:30 pm.
