    LeRoy F. Remme Sr. passed away at Cherry Meadows, Tuesday, April 01, 2008 . He was born on November 5, 1935 in Neenah, WI. to the late Albert G. and Rita M.(DeBroux) Remme. He graduated from St. Marys High School in Menasha. He was a member of the Army National Guard E127 Unit of Neenah LeRoy married Pauline Pitsch on April 21, 1956 who passed away in 1987. He retired from Kimberly Clark in 1987. He later married Kay (Mullins) Brux at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Appleton on November 4, 1989. LeRoy enjoyed hunting fishing and being with his family. He also liked traveling, with many trips to Branson, MO and to Canada fishing. LeRoy loved gardening and tending his apple orchard. He was famous for his Chicken grilled over an oak fire.
    He is survived by his wife: Kay; six children: Rod (Cindy) of Neenah, Rick of Fremont, Randy (Amy) of Fremont, LeRoy Jr. (Beth) of Winneconne, Mike (Kelly) of Fremont, Tammy (Brian) Liebhauser of Fremont; three step children: Brian Brux of Appleton, Shari Brux of Menasha, Gina (David) Gerrits of Weyauwega; 14 grandchildren: Jason (Heather), Jamie (Kate), Erica (Rico), Joshua, Jeremy, Shannon (Matt), Shelly (Tom), Andrea, April, Billy, Derek, Joey, Zayda, Ethan; 13 great-grandchildren: two sisters: Delores Winkelman of Neenah, Emily Chosa of Appleton.
    LeRoy was preceded in death by his parents: first wife: Pauline (Pitsch) Remme; a son: Joseph; three brothers; 2 sisters.
    A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 5, 2008 at Valley Funeral Home at 12:30 p.m. officiated by Fr. Larry Abler. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of the Service.
    The family would like to thank the Theda Care Nurses and Hospice, and a special thank you to Dana.

    Obituary:
    Emily Mae Chosa, age 73, passed away at her home on October 12, 2012 following a lengthy illness. She was born on October 16, 1938 in Neenah to the late Albert and Rita Remme. She attended St. Mary School. Emily was very grateful for her 33 years of sobriety. She loved children and often became their advocate and champion when trouble arose for them. She was an accomplished self-taught musician and played professionally throughout her life. She was also a cook and a school bus driver. Her hobbies were many and varied including camping, auto repair, writing, carpentry, gardening, and reading. Survivors include Rose Wendt, her partner of over 30 years; her children Jerome (Lisa) Chosa Jr. of Menasha and JoAnn (Jerry) Rice of Bay Minette, Alabama; her grandsons Eric (Tracy) Chosa, Appleton, Michael Chosa, Menasha, and Derek (Kristi) Rice, Appleton; Three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; her sister Delores Winkleman of Neenah, her sister-in-law Mary (Jim) Bailey of Madison; and her brother-in-law William Wendt of Menasha. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter Mary Catherine Chosa; her sisters Lorraine and Nancy; her brothers Glenn, Daniel, Elwood and Leroy; and her ex-husband Jerome Chosa Sr.
    Memorial services will be held on December 15, 2012 at 11am at FOX VALLEY UNITARIAN UNIVERSALIST FELLOWSHIP, 2600 E. Philip Lane, Appelton, with Rev. Roger Bertschausen officiating. Friends may call on December 15 from 10am until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in her name.
    We would like to express sincerest thanks to the staff of Thedacare at Home Hospice and to the staff of Mohnens Family Restaurant for their care and concern for Emily through her illness.
