Obituary:
Little Chute - Beth H. Kostka, age 71, of Little Chute, passed away at her home, peacefully in her sleep, on Tuesday, April 3, 2018. Beth was born on March 13, 1947 in Appleton, daughter of the late Jack and Isabella (DeGroot) Tulloch. She graduated from Kaukauna High School in 1966, and began undergraduate studies at UW Eau Claire for Special Education. Beth decided not to return to UWEC her sophomore year, taking a job at Giddings & Lewis instead. On June 28, 1969 she married Daniel "Butch" Kostka. Beth eventually left G&L to become a stay-at-home mom for 9 years. In 1985 Beth was hired by Dennis Bahcall Rubber Co. Inc as a part-time Receptionist, and after 26 years of service, retired in 2011.
Butch preceded her in death on December 8, 2017, after 48 years of marriage. Beth is survived by her daughter, Sara Kostka, a brother, Jan (special friend Krista) Tulloch, sisters and brothers- in- law, Bonnie (Gerald) Hartjes, Marianne Schmidt, Donald (Florence) Kostka, Jardy (Mary) Kostka and Janet Ertl; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Beth was preceded in death by her in-laws Paul and Harriet Kostka, Millie (Paul) Gailey, Suzanne Russ, Gary Kostka, Bob Wildenberg, Bob Schmidt and Tom Ertl.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, 323 S. Pine St., Little Chute, with Fr. Ron Belitz officiating. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to the caregivers at Right at Home who have played an integral role in mom's life for the past 5 years, particularly in the past 4 months since dad's passing. It gave me comfort to know that she was surrounded by such wonderful, kind folks day in, and day out. I cannot say 'thank you' enough to my family for their continued love and support, as well as all the help from mom and dad's neighbors and friends - I will be forever grateful.
Oh Mom, the only thing that brings me peace right now is that you are now with dad- right where you wanted to be. We've certainly been through a lot together, but I was hoping for so much more. I'll cherish all of my memories, but will miss you more than you will ever know. Always and forever…
