Vandenbush, Clifford F. "Cli ff"Clifford F. "Cliff" Vandenbush, 81, Green Bay, joined his beloved wife, Je an, in Heaven on Sept. 29, 2005. Cliff was born on April 15, 1924, in t he town of Humboldt, to the late John and Caroline (VanGoethem) Vandenbus h. He served his country as a member of the U.S. Air Force during World W ar II serving in the European Theater. He married the former Jeannette Maloney on Jan. 12, 1946, and she preceded him in death just nine days ago, on Sept. 20, 2005. They are together again. He was employed with Armour Meat Packing until 1980 when he retired. He was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Holy Martyrs site. He was a member of Holy Name Soci ety and VFW Bellevue Post #9677. Cliff enjoyed the simple things in lif e. He loved to spend time with his family and pray the Rosary with Jea n. He also loved gardening and mowing the lawn. Autumn was his favorite ti me of year. He also like reading, going for rides and shopping at Fleet Fa rm. Edmund W. "Eddie" Vanden Bush, 86 of Humboldt, died January 31, 2012. He was born on November 2, 1925 in the town of Eaton, 2nd son of John and Caroline (Van Goethem) Vanden Bush. Edmund attended 3 years of grammer school at Henrysville School Eaton and Water Division School, Humboldt, for 5 more years. At 21 years he took high school at St. Lawrence Seminary, Mt. Calvary with 2 years junior college. 1 year St. Meinrads, Indiana and finishing at St. Norberts in 1954 with a Bachelors in secondary teaching. Eddie taught at Denmark High School for 33 years in the English Department and St. Vincent Hospital as an orderly. He retired and continued working at St. Vincent Hospital and volunteered at numerous places such as St. Vincent DePaul, Paul's Pantry, Salvation Army, Literacy Program, Brown County Mental Health, and at Bellin Hospital as a communion distributor. He was a member of the Catholic Knights and the BCREA. Eddie enjoyed gardening, reading, dancing and was very active in his church community.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Theresa; daughter, Paula (Jeff) Klaus, Green Bay; son, Thomas (Brenda) Vanden Bush, Pulaski; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; brother, Gilbert (Carol) Vanden Bush, Green Bay; sisters, Yvonne (Ron) Wypiszenski, Green Bay; Joan (James) Berger, Green Bay; sisters-in-law, Lucille Vanden Bush, Rosemary Vanden Bush, all of Green Bay; Eleanor Gambsky and Delores Pocan; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Caroline Vanden Bush; father-in-law and mother-in-law Tony and Anna Eskofski; siblings, Clifford (Jeanette) Vanden Bush, Clem Vanden Bush, Ralph (Doris) Vanden Bush, Ardeal (Jackie) Vanden Bush, Ellen (Lloyd) Strebel and Joe Vanden Bush; sister and brothers-in-law, Marcie (Robert) Edwards, Ken Gambsky and Jim Eskofski.

Mark John VandenBush, 58, Beecher, Wis., passed away Monday, March 22, 2010, after a long battle with cancer at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center, Iron Mountain.
He was born May 2, 1951, in Green Bay, Wis., son of the late Ralph and Doris (Rentmeester) VandenBush.
Mark served in the United States Marine Corps from 1969 until 1971. He married the former Sue A. Schoen on May 1, 1987, in Green Bay. They resided in Green Bay until 2008, when they moved to Beecher.
Mark owned and operated Duck Creek Windows and Doors in Green Bay, for 15 years, until his retirement in 2008.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, painting, wideling, and especially spending time with his wife, kids, and grandchildren.

Joe's Lord and Savior called him home unexpectedly on Tuesday morning, March 3, 2015, at the age of 36. Joe was born in Eagle River, Wisconsin, on January 2, 1979, the son of Calvin and Jean (Vandenbush) Peters. He was a graduate of Laona High School, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. Joe had been employed by Webex (now a division of Maxcess) his entire career. He married his best friend, the former Jana Bobbe on June 15, 2002, and the couple currently lived in Appleton, with their three loving children. Joe loved his Lord, his wife, and his children and lived his life to the fullest.
Joe was a spectacular man. Everywhere he went, and everyone he had contact with, he left warmth. He made friends easily and everywhere. His warm heart always had him putting the needs of others before the needs of his own, and he was always willing to lend a helping hand. No questions asked. He was someone you wanted around the house because when he started something he finished it, and he finished it right. As you know, Joe had a servant's heart, and was an active volunteer and parent at Riverview Lutheran Church and School in Appleton. His Riverview "family" was very important, and his presence will be missed by everyone there. Joe always showed genuine concern and thoughtfulness for those around him; if not verbally, by his actions. Joe was the kind of guy that stopped to buy Jana flowers for no apparent reason, other than to say he loved her. He was respected and admired, and served as a role model to everyone in his life, setting the bar high for others; as a father, a husband, and friend, and a colleague. He took no greater joy than being a father and playing with his children, always giving them quality time.
Up north was Joe's favorite place to be. It was the place he was raised, the place he was the happiest and most carefree, the place he could be himself. He loved walking in the woods, fishing from a boat or on the ice, helping his dad with a project, or sitting in a deer stand.
Joe is survived by his loving wife: Jana Peters of Appleton and their three lovely children: Jack, Grace, and Claire; his parents: Cal and Jean Peters of Popple River; his brothers and sisters: Jeanine "Jenny" (Mario) Mele of Cartersville, Georgia; Jeff (Michelle) Peters of Marinette; Julie Peters of Neenah; and Jacob (Jessica) Peters of Saukville; Jana's parents are Dan and Laura Bobbe of Laona; and her brothers and sisters are: Derek (Trisha) Bobbe of San Francisco; Meta (Uri) Maoz of Tel Aviv, Israel; and Brian (Megan) Bobbe of Neenah. Joe was also a loving and special uncle to Nicholas, Emily, Calvin, Kate, Lauryn, Eloise, and Iris. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Clarence and Ione Peters; maternal grandparents: Cliff and Jeannette Vandenbush; two uncles: Jerry Vandenbush and Fred Vandenbush; and a cousin: April Lincoln.
The Christian Funeral Service for Joe will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at RIVERVIEW EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 136 W. Seymour Street in Appleton, with Rev. Dennis Belter officiating.
