    Leonard C. Baehman, age 94, of Hortonville, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2007, with his loving family by his side at Cherry Meadows Hospice in Appleton. Leonard was born on September 6, 1912, in Hortonia Township, son of the late Fred and Sena (Stolzman) Baehman. On June 8, 1946, he was united in marriage to Mae Huebner in Greenville. Len lived and farmed in the Dale Township most of his life, until his retirement. His hobbies included gardening, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.
    Len was a lifetime member at Bethlehem Ev. Lutheran Church, where he served on many committees.
    Len is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mae; two daughters: Karla Baehman, Hortonville; Cindy (Jack) Uhlenbrauck, Hortonville; two sons: Bruce (Dolly) Baehman, Black Creek; Dean (Barb) Baehman, Hortonville; a brother, Don (Gladys) Baehman, Hortonville; a sister, Ada (Mike) Huebner, Hortonville; twelve grandchildren: Jessie (Jason) Baehman, Seth (Lisa) Baehman, Capt. Lance (Deborah) Brenneke, Shane Brenneke, Laura Brenneke, Corey (Andrea) Baehman, Trevor (Heidi) Baehman, Brooke (Brandon) Jones, Theresa (Fred) Evenson, Greg Baehman, Kelsey Uhlenbrauck, and Katie Uhlenbrauck; four great-grandchildren: Colin, Hunter, Connor and Jace; three sisters-in-law: Lorraine Schafer, Hilbert; Evelyn Huebner, Stevens Point; and Helen Baehman, Hortonville. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    Besides his parents, Len is preceded in death by a son Stephen, four brothers: Alfred, Harold, Wilbur, and Robert; and a sister, Edna Baehman.
    Funeral services for Len will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2007, at 11 a.m., at Bethlehem Ev. Lutheran Church in Hortonville, with Rev. Matthew Duin officiating. Interment will be in the Hortonville Union Cemetery. Visitation for Len will be held on Friday, April 6, 2007, at Borchardt & Moder Funeral Home in Hortonville, from 4-9 p.m. and at the church on Saturday, from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
    The family would like to extend a special thank you to ThedaCare Hospice at Home, especially: Sue, Marie, and Sally for the wonderful care they gave to Len at his home; and the Staff at Cherry Meadows, especially: Jim, Chris and Sara.

    Donald E. Baehman, 80, Hortonville, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2008, at his residence. He was born on Nov. 7, 1927, in the Township of Hortonia, son of the late Fred and Sena (Stoltzman) Baehman. On Sept. 22, 1951, he was united in marriage to Gladys Holtz at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Birnamwood. Don worked as a shipping clerk at Banta Publishing in Menasha for over 30 years, retiring in 1987. He and his wife enjoyed spending time in the summer at their cottage on Lake Metonga. He especially enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and being outdoors.
    He is survived by his wife, Gladys; two daughters, Connie (Rev. Greg) Bey, Crete, Ill.; Faye (Mark) Mitchell, Neenah; one son, James (Carrie) Baehman, Hortonville; and one sister, Ada (Luther) Huebner, Hortonville. He is further survived by five grandchildren, Sena, Emily, Grace, Scott and Serena; and seven step-grandchildren, Jill, Jenna, Tina, Michael, Aubrie, Randi and Alaina.
    He was preceded in death by five brothers, Alfred, Harold, Wilbur, Leonard and Robert; and one sister, Edna.
    The Funeral Service for Donald will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2008, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Hortonville, with the Rev. Matt Duin officiating. Interment will be in the Union Cemetery in Hortonville. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
    A Memorial Fund has been established for Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

    Yvonne Jean Huebner, of Milwaukee, died on Tuesday, November 27, 2007, at AngelsGrace Hospice in Oconomowoc, at the age of 62, after a year-long battle with cancer. Yvonne was born in New London, WI, on Aug 3, 1945. She was raised in Hortonville and attended Bethlehem Lutheran Grade School. She graduated from Fox Valley Lutheran High School in Appleton. She received a Bachelors Degree from UW Oshkosh and was a member of Chi Omega sorority. Yvonne was a Sales Representative for Russel Metals Williams Bahcall for 30 years and had many loyal business associates. Yvonne was active in WELS church activities. She enjoyed golf, playing bridge with friends, and caring for her home and garden.
    She will be sadly missed by her parents, Luther and Ada Huebner, Hortonville; brothers: Michael J. (Carol) Huebner, Hortonville; Rodney R. (Michele) Huebner, Middleton; Randal L. (Sonya) Huebner, Madison; and Scott R. (Elaine) Huebner, Fort Atkinson; nieces and nephews: Katherine Huebner, Wauwatosa; David Huebner, Milwaukee; Kimberly Brzozowski, Winneconne; Jennifer Valeri, Hortonville; Benjamin and Rachel Huebner, Madison.
    A visitation for Yvonne will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2007, at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 700 Beechwood Ave., Waukesha, from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the 1 p.m. funeral service. Burial will take place on Sunday, December 2, at 1 p.m. at Union Cemetery in Hortonville, WI. Memorials in Yvonne's name may be directed to the family to be used for alter improvements for Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hortonville.
    Special thanks to her many close and loyal friends who provided love and support. The family also deeply appreciates the loving care and attention Yvonne received from the staff at AngelsGrace Hospice.
