Just visited yo ur family tree maker file that Pat Tolstevin (Ithink that is how it is spelled) sent to me. I also have several of the sa me names that you have. My father's side of the family is all the names co mbined. My father was Norman Van Loo, who was a brother to the Frank V an Loo that you have mentioned in your list. Their parents were John Jac ob Van Loo and Berdina Jozina Vandehey. John's parents were August(ine) V an Loo and Petronella Evers. August's parents were Jacobus Van Loo (al so listed as Van den Loop in August's baptism record) and Johanna Jacobi S chool. Johanna's parentswere Martinus School and Allegonda Isabella DeBeijer. Petronella Evers par ents were Johannes Evers and Petronella VanErt. On the Vandehey side we have common ancestors. Berdina's parents were Geo rge Vandehey and Mary Smits/Smith. Mary's parents were Arnold Smits and J ozina VanDommelen. Petronella Van Bree who was married to John Henry VanDe Hei/Vandehey. That is the family that George comes down through.The names keep coming back and forth throughout the two families that I de scend through. One of August's brothers was Antone who went back to Wisco nsin and married Harriett VanAbel and had at least five children thatwe kn ow of so far. They were Elsy, Bertha, Laurence, Edward and Marie. I ju st scanned your list and found lots of common names and will have to vis it it more and print out lots more sheets. I already printed out about 30 of them. But with 592 pages, that is lots and will have to do more lat er.So far, I know that Jacobus Van Loo was born in Belgium as was his fathe r, according to the census, but do not know where in Belgium. Jacob was b orn in 1825 and died in 1910. He is buried in Verboort, Oregon as are a m ajority of my father's side, other than those that were in Nebraska and th ose that stayed in Wisconsin. I hope all of this is making sense to yo u! I would love to share what we have--it is not as much as you have, b ut have lots of things that mightbring more of it all together.
