    Summers, Lillian S.Lillian S. Summers, 71, Falls Church, Va., passed away peacefully in Fal ls Church, Va., on Tuesday, March 15, 2005, following a courageous batt le with cancer. The daughter of the late Anderson and Nancy Eunice (Hil l) Summers, Sr. was born Oct. 17, 1933, in West De Pere. She graduated fr om East High School in Green Bay and attended Haskell Indian School in Law rence, Kan. In April of 1955, Lil moved to Aberdeen, S.D., and began her f ederal career with the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian affair s, Aberdeen Area Office. She stayed in Aberdeen until 1968, when she trans ferred to the Bureau’s Headquarters Office in Washington, D.C. She held va rious positions of increasing importance with the Bureau of Indian Affai rs with both the Central Office and the Eastern Area Office, retiri ng as an Executive Assistant to the Eastern Area Office Director in Ju ne of 1989. fter a few years of retirement, she joined Avis Rental Car Cor poration in Washington, DC and worked there until 2002. She loved to trave l, enjoyed golf, bowling, cooking, showing her golden retrievers, drivi ng cars, and hunting pheasants.Survivors include her brother, Orville Summers; two sisters, Margaret (Gar y) Fermanich, Nadine (Milton) Dallas; one sister-in-law, Becky Summers; a nd a special friend, Janice Benge.She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Edith Yealey; thr ee brothers, Anderson Summers, Jr., Edwin Summers, and Roger Summers.Friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 N. Tenth St., De Pere, fr om 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 17, 2005 (today). Traditional Oneida Hymn s inging will begin at 6:30 p.m., with a parish prayer service to foll ow at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue after 9 a.m. Friday at the Oneida Un ited Methodist Church, Oneida, until time of service. Funeral services wi ll be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the church with the Rev. Im Jung, officiat ing. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.     Michael Yealey, 53, of Green Bay, died Wednesday May 11, 2016 in Madison following a long illness. The son of the late LeRoy and Edith (Summers) Michael was born April 23, 1963 in Green Bay. Michael loved fishing, cribbage and beer.
    Survivors include his wife, Joyce, one son, Merritt Stevens, two step daughters, Rebecca Gardner and Charise Webster, three step- grandchildren, a brother, Roger and Monica Yealey, aunt and uncle, Nadine and Milton Dallas, and his aunt and uncle Margaret Kermanich and Orville Summers Sr. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded by his parents, Roy and Edith and one son, Matthew Stevens and grandparents Anderson and Nancy Summers. Friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 305 North Tenth Street, De Pere from 2:00 to 6:00 pm on Tuesday May 17, 2016. Oneida Hymn Singers will sing at 5:30 pm.
