Obituary:
Brook M. Koester passed away unexpectedly on October 11, 2017 at her parent's home in Little Chute, at the age of 39 years. She had endured a life-time of health problems. Brook was a graduate of Kaukauna High School class of 1996. She was a CNA for five years at St. Paul Home.
Brook was a very caring and loving mom, sister, daughter and friend to many. She enjoyed watching her daughter, Tiffani and her team play volleyball. Often her voice could be heard "Go Mustangs!" Brook had many happy moments attending auctions, rummage sales, flea markets and camping. She loved music, the Vikings, the color purple, collecting pigs and angels. She became a cat and dog lover, and had some special pals, bringing them for car rides to McDonald's. She cherished the little time she had with Tiffani.
Brook is survived by her daughter Tiffani Rose, parents Tom and Rose Koester (Van Deraa), brother Travis (fiancée Penni Fritsch) Koester, maternal grandmother Theresa Van Deraa (LaPlant). Further survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Virgil and Thelma Koester, maternal grandfather Donald Van Deraa, and uncle Michael Van Deraa.
A Funeral Service for Brook will be held on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 1:30 pm at Jansen-Fargo Funeral Home, 204 W. Kimberly Ave., Kimberly. Pastor Walt Steinbach presiding. Interment Kelso Cemetery, Kaukauna. Family and friends may gather Monday, October 16, 2017 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
