    • La Habra Girl Made Bride at Home Wedding
Millionaire's Son and Orange County Belle Marry, Surprise Friends Uniting one of the pioneer families of Orange country and a wealthy Wisconsin family. Miss Madelene Sansinena of La Habra became the bride today of G. L. Lindauer, son of Luther Lindauer, millionaire paper man, formerly of Kaukauna, Wis., but now residing in La Habra. The wedding came as the climax to a romance which had its inception among the sunny Southern California orange groves after the wealthy young man had come to make his home in this section of the state. WEDDING A SURPRISE The ceremony at the beautiful ranch home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Dolores Eseverri of La Habra, was witnessed only by the immediate families of the couple. Although many friends had expected the wedding, it came as a surprise to nearly all of them. The newly married couple were to leave on an extensive honeymoon soon after the wedding. They plan to tour Europe for several months after visiting relatives and friends in the East!
LA HABRA NATIVE The bride, a native of the La Habra section, is well known to many in Los Angeles and Orange counties and in other sections of Southern California. Mr. Lindauer, who, since his arrival In Southern California with his parents, has made his home in this city and La Habra, has also been popular with the younger set, it is said. He is the owner of a 70-acre ranch on the state highway north of La Habra, where he expects to erect a fine home for his bride in the near future.
