  News Mention (Family): At Hymen's Altar Lottie McCarty and John Flanagan; Alice Fitzgerald and I ssac Nichols Kaukauna Sun 5/10/1901 A1 Wedding Miss Lottie McCarty, daughter of Dennis McCarty of this city, and Mr. Jo hn Flanagan of Tomahawk, were united in marriage Tuesday morning at nine o'clock in the presence of a large gathering of relatives and friends. T he ceremony was performed at Holy Cross Church by the Rev. Julius Rhode. M iss Katherine McCarty, a sister of the bride and Richard McCarthy her brot her, accompanied them as bridesmaid and groomsman. A wedding breakfast w as served at the home of the bride's father and the happy pair left on t he 11:52 train amind showers of reice and with the good wishes of a lar ge crowd of their friends, for Milwaukee.
